And in the beginning...unoriginal...i know
Well...here I am...on my maiden attempt at blogging. Never one for controversy or confrontation, I have picked on the subject of food. Food...one of the essentials...the element that binds all living things....Singaporeans just happen to indulge in it..along with sex (I guess), drinks (possibly), gambling (coming to a casino near you) - seeing that intellectual stimulation and alternative thoughts have not "ehem" exactly taken root here.
Anyway, on to food. I have bravely endeavoured where no person has gone before (except maybe for the gazillions of other food bloggies out them). My attempt is to ensure that the food connoisseurs of the world understand what they are getting into when they next order their next meal, based purely either on the recommendations of the restaurant owner (biased I tell u), the work of literature that is the description of the dishes or the "Russell Wong type" well taken photography promising culinary heaven.
I do not expect to do this alone, though I am quite a bummer and have a lot of spare time on hand (another story altogether), and I hope to rope me some of my follow soldiers of fortune in my quest to document the food universe.
